No Biggie is a dating and community platform for people living with STIs, operated by MackStack Pty Ltd. Features include dating, Buddies (peer support), Cohorts (private groups), and AI-powered tools.

2. Intellectual property rights

The platform and its content are owned by No Biggie. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the services.

3. User representations

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and use the platform lawfully.

4. Prohibited activities

Prohibited activities include data scraping, fraud, harassment, impersonation, solicitation, and misrepresentation of health status.

5. Privacy policy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Health Data Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
