1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide including names, email addresses, date of birth, profile photos, and location data. We also collect sensitive health data (STI diagnosis type) with your explicit consent.

2. How do we process your information?

We process your information to provide and improve our services, facilitate account creation and authentication, and deliver targeted content.

3. What legal bases do we rely on?

UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a) explicit consent for health data, performance of contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

4. When and with whom do we share?

We share data with service providers including Anthropic (AI moderation), AWS (storage), Railway (hosting), RevenueCat (payments), and authentication providers.

5. Do we offer AI-based products?

Yes — we use Anthropic Claude for the Chat Coach, photo moderation, and message moderation. Your data is not used to train AI models.

6. How long do we keep your information?

As long as necessary, with a maximum of 30 days after account deletion. Health data is deleted within 30 days.

7. What are your privacy rights?

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request human review of automated decisions.
